Documents: Proof of address, inventory photos (stored securely for KYC). We do not collect payment card details—use Razorpay/PayU gateways.
Data enables seller onboarding, commission calculations (10-15%), payouts (monthly via NEFT), dispute resolution, and platform improvements. We analyze trends (e.g., popular drones/CCTV) without identifying individuals. No marketing emails without opt-in; used for GST QRMP reporting compliance. Retention: 7 years post-termination per tax laws.
Service Providers: Payment processors (Razorpay), shipping (shiprocket), cloud storage (Hostinger)—all Indian-compliant.
Legal: Shared with GST authorities, Pune courts for audits/disputes; no sale of data.
Aggregated: Non-personal stats (e.g., "95% on-time dispatch") for marketing. No third-party ads.
