1. Acceptance of Terms
   These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.trutrolley.com and any purchases made through the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

• Actual colours and appearance may vary slightly due to display settings or manufacturing differences.

• All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product.

5. Pricing and Payments

• TruTrolley may accept or cancel an order at its discretion, including for pricing errors, stock issues or suspected fraud.

• If we cancel an order after payment, the amount will be refunded as per our Refund Policy.

• Custom or made‑to‑order products may not be cancellable after 24 hours of placing the order (or as specified on the product page).

7. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping, delivery timelines, charges, serviceable areas and COD rules are described in our separate Shipping Policy.

• Estimated delivery times are only estimates and are not guaranteed.

• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to your address or to a person designated by you.

8. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
